OUR good HIS glory

Hey y’all!

My name is Ashley Holifield, and boy do I have a testimony that will take a lifetime to share…because every single day is a new page!

I am a 30ish, Mississippi raised, Bama grad (RTR), who loves Jesus fiercely.   I live in South Mississippi with my best friend of over a decade now, and we have two beautiful children earth side.  I get the best of both worlds being a boy and girl mama!  My testimony includes Lupus, Sjogren’s, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and PCOS, none of which define me, but all of which give me all the more reason to seek the LORD daily.  I’ve been working in education for almost a decade, and I am currently a high school teacher!  I have been involved in ministry for nearly all of my adult life: youth ministry, praise and worship teams, women’s ministry, small group leader, etc.  In 2023 when God called me to teach, I felt led to share my calling to step into a classroom after years of working in higher education administration…a HUGE leap of faith for my family.  That’s when A Holy Hustle was born.  I still struggle with imposter syndrome when I think of the reality and responsibility of God calling me into digital/social ministry, but it is forever my goal for God to hide me behind the cross and show up in spite of me.  My life is a beautiful Christ centered, chaotic mess at times, but I wouldn’t trade this life for anything else in the world.  God has continually shown up for me in my weaknesses, in my doubt, and in my valleys, and I will continue to proclaim His name for as long as He gives me breathe with His sovereign truth that everything we go through is for always for our good and His glory.
